Regulation D, Under Sections 4(2) and 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, the SEC adopted Regulation D to coordinate the various limited offering exemptions and to streamline the existing requirements applicable to private offers and sales of securities. The Regulation establishes three exemptions from registration in Rules 504, 505, and 506.
Rule 504, which provides an exemption for non-reporting companies unless they are “blank check” issuers or certain “shells”, stipulates that: The sale of up to $1,000,000 of securities in a 12-month period is permitted provided that there is no general solicitation, the securities sold are restricted securities and cannot be resold except pursuant to a registration statement or exemption, and a notice must be filed with the SEC within 15 days after the first sale. Rule 504 does not provide an exemption under any state laws. In certain limited circumstances where an offering is conducted under state accredited investor exemptions, securities offered under Rule 504 may be freely transferrable. Unlike Rules 505 and 506, Rule 504 does not mandate that specified disclosure be provided to purchasers. Nonetheless, the business person should take care that sufficient information is provided to meet the full disclosure obligations which exist under the antifraud provisions of the securities laws.

For a layman, developing a brand design is the same as developing a new logo. But, this is not actually true. Brand designing has a role to play in almost all the communication points that a business has with its customers or suppliers, and it is critical in determining the success of a company. Redesigning a brand is only necessary when your current brand image is not serving the purpose of creating a positive impression on consumers.

MLM is the rage on the internet today with millions of people all over the world making this form of enterprise their preferred choice for a monthly income. Some people enter multi level marketing as a part-time venture to subsidize their monthly income and some of these people like the system so much that they give up their day-job and take to MLM on a full time basis and achieve a lot of success through an MLM mailing list.

When you have a good offering but you are still not making money, it is time to re-evaluate your customer strategy. A company brochure does a great job at it by informing the customers about what your business offers above other businesses and why your offerings or solutions are better.
A brochure has to hold the notice of the customers but at the same time it should be professional as it presents the image of your company, and graphic design can help you in doing that. It will interest the customers and will assist in conveying the information much more forcefully. This explains why the job must be done by experts.

For years people will be displaying photos of their wedding, since it is that kind of occasion. Your clients - the bride and groom to be - will want the best and will want the quality guaranteed. If you choose to be a wedding photographer you can make a lot of money by doing so. With the money comes the risk which you must manage well.
If this is going to be your first wedding shoot you will want to make sure your contract is written up properly and a disclaimer included in it. If you don’t have a disclaimer you could be sued afterwards. There are a few reason you should not be held accountable for and they are failure of equipment, miss placed pictures after they were sent away, and photos that do not develop properly. Otherwise you could get sued for breach of contract.

They can be kept on store counters, handed out to spread the word about a firm, or even posted to potential customers. The need for brochures and their printing has led many printing services firms to concentrate solely on this market. Brochure printing has undergone a number of developments in recent years, with the advent and widespread use of the internet triggering the latest of these developments.
Previously, computers were rarely used in the brochure printing process, which took several days, working with film negatives or plate-making machines and needed multiple test prints, rounds of fine tuning etc. Designing too was limited to a few set patterns, and the printers carried out the designing task with the client having almost no say in this respect.
